The Role

We offer you interesting and stimulating tasks in a company that is facing an exciting future where your contribution will play an important role in our success. You will work together with a friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated team where you will also become an important part of ensuring that the work flows as smoothly as possible.

Your main tasks will include:

• Performing incoming goods reporting and arrival control of goods, purchases, and subcontracting
• Conducting reception control of purchases and subcontracting according to KI
• Storage of finished parts, products, and incoming materials
• Registration of certificate numbers
• Order preparation
• Performing and registering inventory according to the inventory plan
• Picking and returning materials
• Packing/Transport securing of goods
• Loading and unloading goods onto trucks
• Driving forklifts and other company vehicles
• Deliveries to customers
• Ordering packaging materials
• Ordering transport within Sweden and abroad
• Waste management

You are also the link between the Goods Reception and the department and have some customer contact.

Experience and Skills

We prefer that you have a few years of work experience from the manufacturing industry, experience working with computers, and good knowledge of Swedish. Willingness to collaborate and a sense of service are fundamental requirements, as well as independence and initiative. You are also meticulous and have an overview of the whole. You communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written. You should have a driver's license, as forklift driving on public roads may occur. If you also have a forklift license, it is an advantage.

About the Employment

The position is 100% and involves work that includes defense secrecy and also requires Swedish citizenship. The position starts as a fixed-term employment but will transition to a permanent position for the right person.

About PartnerTech Karlskoga AB

Our production facilities are located in Karlskoga and Filipstad and consist of about 85 CNC-controlled machining machines with up to 15 axes. In addition, our facilities are equipped with modern equipment for non-destructive testing and optical measurement. We constantly work to challenge ourselves to develop and live in a world where changes are seen as improvements.

We deliver products primarily to the defense industry, but also within the energy sector and the automotive industry. This places high demands on us as a supplier, and we are certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
